DELIVERY & ORDER TRACKING
Deliveries are made in Europe
Please note that during Physical Sales, the time it takes to prepare your order is extended. It takes 5 to 10 working days after validation of your order. - In case of delivery outside of Metropolitan France, administrative and/or customs fees may be applied by the carrier.
FOLLOW THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package
You can also track your order in your “My account / Order History” area :
- Unfulfilled : we prepare your order with all the attention of our teams.
- Partial : part of your order has been given to our carrier and delivery is in progress.
- Fulfilled : your package has been given to our carrier and delivery is in progress.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the parts that do not correspond to your order, damaged and/or damaged by the delivery. Parts whose label has been detached cannot be returned.
Please note that as these are old collection pieces, there will be no refund for size exchange or purchase error. As the pieces are sold with an average discount of 50 to 80%, we hope you will understand our position and that of the brands we work with to offer you such prices.
